Once Upon A Time I came across the BSD utility to determine who has a particular file open and now I've forgotten it. This is a real useful thing when one wants to umount a fs and learns its busy. I *think* the utility could list the open files on a filesystem and/or list the users who are using a single file. -- David Kelly N4HHE, n4hhe@amsat.org, dkelly@hiwaay.net ============================================================= To invent, you need a good imagination and a pile of junk. - Thomas Edison
