FreeBSD is blue-screening ;) Seriously, though, if you get as far as to the blue screen, it has finished probing. The blue screen indicates that /stand/sysinstall has started, and to the best of my knowledge, the only fancy "probing" it does is asking the kernel what disk drives and network adapters exist. -- Noone else has a .sig like this one.
