There are a few newbies with lots of energy who discussed this and started
throwing ideas around a couple of weeks ago, but didn't really know how best
to expend their energies or implement their ideas in an appropriate manner.

Those of us with limited Internet resources are waiting to discover whether
we'll get a piece of the action best by joining -hackers or -chat or the
rumoured -advocacy. When it comes into focus, we'll be there.
