Absolutely *nothing* wrong with using a text editor for making web pages, it's a bit slow but it's do-able fer sure. The point of the original statement was that I think it would be nice if there was something between notepad and FrontPage for the unix world. In the Win95 environmenet I use Arachnophilia which either allow me to type in tags by hand or highlight a chunk of text and tell the prog what I want done with it.
