Booting from CD-ROM allows a kernel with the appropriate driver (iir) to load, and installation then proceeds to the array without problem. On reboot, the bootloader complains that it cannot read "/boot/loader" and it makes no difference what partitioning scheme/boot block is used. >How-To-Repeat: Boot from CD-ROM.
