i know that FreeBSD itself can handle multiple graphics cards. XFree86-4
can run two different cards at the same time (which i have done), but i'm
not sure what hte upper limit is, or whether it'll work consistently.
check the XFree86.org documentation, and contact one of their mailing
lists to find out.

my best suggestion to you is that you first see if the cards are
supported, then double check that you have the same cards accross teh
board. one of the major things that comes in very handy is 'xinerama',
which allows you to move desktop items between two screens. the limitation
is that it does not work if you have two different video cards. they all
have to be identical (please double check this too, since i've not been
keeping up with XFree86 at all).
