On my web page is a patch that adds TAILQ_FOREACH_REVERSE and updates
the man page for both new macros.

I also wrote a dumb little program that demonstrates the possible
use of a traversal macro with an additional condition.  I'll do the
work of adding such a thing to the header and updating the manpage
if anyone else thinks it would be useful.  Comments on names and
semantics appreciated.
