I don't remember doing anything complicated when I ported the
Livingston, Ascend, and Net Express versions of RADIUS.  All of which
I run daily on -current.

Ascend introduced 2 bugs when "modifying" the reference version from
Livingston.  One, I've figured out and corrected, the other I have
a work around for but haven't found yet.
