OK, kern/50644 now has an extra patch that adds support for CE2 cards.
You'll need to apply the original patch from the same PR first.  If you're
using OLDCARD, you'll probably also need the patch in kern/51333 -- this
gets all the necessary CIS data passed in so the cards can be identified.

Again, this is for 5.0-R or -CURRENT people only.  If enough people ask, I
can probably put together a patch for 4.8-R and -STABLE that just adds the
CE2 support; it turned out to not be too difficult in the end.

Note that older combo cards like the CEM28 and CEM33 probably still won't
work.  I think I have a solution for this, but it still needs more work.
