I'm not sure if the new OPTIONS framework covers all cases, but the new notation is working as expected

> make -D BATCH -D WITH=LDAP package

also with disabling a default option

> make -D BATCH -D WITH="LDAP PGSQL" WITHOUT="GDBM" package
