I was hammering on an alpha machine with make buildworlds last night, and got this panic. I've annotated the stack trace with the source line numbers from the kernel I'm running (-current from Saturday, May 15): (Transcribed by hand): panic: warning: pmap_changebit didn't. panic() at panic+0xf4 kern/kern_shutdown.c:449 pmap_emulate_reference() at pmap_emulate_reference+0x1ac alpha/alpha/pmap.c:2956 trap() at trap+0x2e4 alpha/alpha/trap.c:349 XentMM() at XentMM+0x20 alpha/alpha/exception.s:94 Lcs6() at Lcs6+0xc Unfortunately (*whap*) I didn't (*whap*) have crash dumps (*whap*) enabled, so that (*whap*) is all (*whap*) I've got.
