Here it is,
Annelise Anderson has made available an learn.tar.gz on her
site at Stanford University.
To access:
$ ftp andrsn.stanford.edu
To login type "ftp"
Use your email address as your password
Type "cd pub/learn"
Type "get learn.tar.gz"
Type "bye" after downloading to log out
It is recommended you untar the tar file in your home
directory (tar xzf learn.tar.gz). It creates the the
directory ~/learn and its sub-directories. A README in that
directory will tell you the rest.
