My arguments are, in order of importance:

1)	The immediacy of the installation (e.g. CDROM vs. download)

2)	Java support

3)	The barrier to entry that recompiling represents

4)	The fact that it's a commercial product

Netscape 6 fails a bit, and Mozilla fails a lot, against this list.

Remember that this entire discussion was started in the context of
a set of Microsoft arguments against UNIX.
