I'm trying to backup a 4.1-RELEASE system to a :

sa1: <HP C5683A C908> Removable Sequential Access SCSI-2 device
sa1: 20.000MB/s transfers (10.000MHz, offset 8, 16bit)
(20/40G DAT)

After about 370Meg, I get:

Backing up the system...
tar: Removing leading / from absolute path names in the archive.
tar: Removing leading / from absolute links
Total bytes written: 369643520
tar (child): can't write to /dev/rsa1 : Invalid argument

I used ktrace to verify that it is the write system call to the tape
that gets the error...

Any suggestions?
