Upsmon is only for the Smart-UPS. If you have a Back-UPS or other,
find another application to use. I've got a 1400 Smart-UPS and even it
doesn't like upsmon. I get all the readings correct for voltage, %
load, etc, but when I test it by removing AC, it tells me only 4% of
battery is left and immediately begin shutdown sequence. After that,
upsmon won't report any readings from the ups until I reboot. I can
look at the outside of the unit and see it's still got a full charge.
bleh. I'm going to look into nut this weekend. I think it has support
for a wider variety of brands/models. And yes, it's in the ports
collection!

Hi Micke,
Is this only possible with the Smart-UPS or any other UPS?

TIA
