ISO-8859-7 is broken even with jade, so don't worry too much about that.

I don't know enough about the internals of jade or openjade to find out
why, but this is mostly what prevents building doc/el_GR.ISO8859-7 docs
in PS, PDF or other TeX-dependent formats.
