hi!

while i was viewing the plattform page i noticed that there are ones
where there is quite some verbose info where there are pages that lack
some content.

first of all i added pc 98 to plattforms[1], i think there should be a
page, not only a japanese version.

i also added some verbosity to the alpha[2] page.

what about defining a default layout and content guide for all the
plattform pages to provide a more mature look. for me pages with not
much content give people the feeling that there is not much progress on
the projects which certainly is not the case!

just my thoughts.
