 final note:

As maintainer I can`t accept this change because it will reduce
smartmontools functionality. I tried to contact header author, but it
looks to be that he is also not too interested in this changes. I have
no much interest in finding correct person to do this submit and also
for MFC this changes to the all supported versions.

 What could be done:

 1) use_ciss patch (default on) which enable /usr/src/sys path, if
disabled - /usr/src is removed from includes. Also its better to use
 SRCBASE as other ports do.
 2) Close this PR, work with kernel developers, wait until MFC to all
supported versions and then contact me - i will remove this path as
non-relevant. Also you could try to contact all other ports maintainer
with dependency on src - there are some of the.
