*sigh* Send a written letter to your bank manager, explaining politely
that this is a ridiculous requirement.  Add a couple of references to
the known security holes in Microsoft.  Give them two weeks to fix it
or you will choose another bank and send the story to the press.  I
suppose it depends on how much money you have with them as to what
their reaction will be, but it could well work.
