I have the same NO DIALTONE problems when I upgraded
to 4.4...
This seemed to work just fine back on FreeBSD 4.3
(at least on my T20). Anyone have any ideas about
what changed in 4.4 to break this? I really don't
want to downgrade to 4.3, but I might just to get the
modem working.

Thanks,
Sam
