fails.  Only fd0 is ignored.  Simular for da device.

I'm not typing ``only wd0 wd1 da0 da1 da2 da10 da11'  (nor :ignore fd0
:ignore fd1) just to get a decent display every time I run systat.


I am more than willing to make ``ignore fd0 fd1'' the default over my
changes.
