I began installing 2.0.5A yesterday (don't laugh, our internet lines are slooowwww) and all was going well, but today I saw some error messages on the screen, something about being unable to extract the xdm-config stuff, and when I checked, the debug screen had these messages ------- 3449 blocks .... 8070 blocks .... 560 blocks .... 6 blocks .... delete net default --------- And then I tried to ping my system, but it is marked as down. I can switch to/from the screens, but I don't think deleting the default network is a good thing at all (specially when downloading the first distribution is such a pain) Is it a problem with the ed driver?, what can I do to help you debug this? Hector
