The /java/ directory at www.freebsd.org/java/ create every day 35% of
the total web traffic, thats 500-600MB/day. Some *.tar.gz files are
very large, 5-12MB each. HTTP is the wrong protocol for transfering
large data, e.g. it does not support the 'reget' function. Can we move
the large files to the FTP server ftp.freebsd.org?
