Probably ought to follow Gerard's direction and have his driver called
'sym' and the older driver retains 'ncr'.

What I was *meaning* when I said what I said is that with a newer and
better driver for the newer cards coming down the pipe, *don't waste
money* buying older boards which are going to not be as well maintained,
etc. *if* you have a perfectly good IDE interface.
