Depending on the level of precision desired, the format should
support multiple architectures.

Perhaps perform verification automatically when PACKAGE_BUILDING.

The sizes are mostly useful for packages, since ports built from
source will sometimes change their compilation to take advantage
of other installed software.


[PACKAGE_BUILDING is a variable defined when asami, jseger, and
that other guy, go around building all the packages].
