iirc, the boot disks from the 3.0-RELEASE didn't work for my (also using an
AS200 4/233).  The boot disks from the post-3.0-RELEASE snaps in late
November or early December worked though.  I'd suggest downloading some
recent boot disks and using those to install your CD.
