Two questions about different types/implementations of load balancing.

1) When dealing with say, two serial links [modem or T1] how would one go 
about setting up the connections so the links share load bidirectionally? 
Assign them both the same destination IP address?

2) Has the code to enable two or three FreeBSD boxes to split new logins 
based on load averages been enabled yet?
