I'll repeat once again, IPMI doesn't work on Proliants.

You need their health driver which is available for Linux on their
website.  HP may very well decide to release the port to FreeBSD that
Peter Wemm did for them, so that Yahoo! could slow the fan speeds down,
but it is for HP to decide if that work will get released.
