If I only have one PVC per logical interface and using ALTQ to limit the bandwidth
to each logical interface such that the sum is =< than lets say 130 Mbps, I suppose
there will be no congestion in the atm driver. Do you think this can work ?

We're building a research testbed to play with ALTQ etc. I'm just using ATM as a
wire to have these logical interfaces to avoid the hassle of multiple ethernet
cards and cables.

Thanks for the help so far,
