I agree that there are many things that should be kept out of the install
phase.  I also think that anything that is started by default (server
itself and rmi server) should be configured, or at least have the option
for configuration during install.  This makes it easier to deploy multiple
instances of orion on one server (as I have to do).  If the patch doesn't
get into the port, fine, I just figured it would help others in my
situation.
