Oooops!  You've now re-imported this to usr.sbin when it already lives
in sbin!  It's in sbin for the same reasons why ifconfig is there, and
i considered it something like an `ifconfig companion (sp?) for sppp'.
Sure, there are probably only few people who need sppp in order to get
their /usr NFS-mounted :), but it's nevertheless a basic networking
utility, so i deemed it more consistent to be there.
