Presumably it will be treated the same way as RELENG_2_2 and RELENG_3.
The 'Code-Freeze Status' table at http://www.freebsd.org/releng/index.html
shows both are "open" with no restrictions - since there will be no
further releases, re@ is not involved.  (I suspect that the schedule
for it to become an Errata Branch depends on the success or otherwise
of 4.11 and 5.3 - it's possible that unforeseen circumstances could
result in a 4.12).
