Some notes on 3054 (which I submitted):

* It applies to the OPL3 note code, which I'd think is fairly obsolete
now...

* The patch is wrong. note_num += 2 needs to be note_num -= 2.

* I think this bug was fixed in Voxware 3.5 anyway, but I don't know for
sure. In any case, I've not had problems since I started using the AWE32 as
my synth.
