Hello Alan, Yes, I am aware of your project. However, I have somewhat more ambitious goals, and want some of the available features of 2.*... It's nice to have "boot -c" to help quantify device parameter needs. It's nice to have ipfw. I'd like to have a solution that is able to run inetd and telnetd. I'd like it to be read-only (i.e. preconfigured, to restore all you do is hit reset). My setup probably isn't real useful at this point in the game. I'm up against several problems, including the RAM problem, etc. I was just totally amazed that it was even possible to do it. If you are interested in seeing what I've done, please feel free to do so. It is by no means complete or finished.. ...
