Hello all, I have just updated my mail server to 6.0-RELEASE from 4.6 (which was very stable, but getting old). I had a script that started mimedefang then sendmail, using=20 mta_start_script=00=3D"/root/start_sendmail" in /etc/rc.conf. I removed that value after I received errors on reboot from sendmail unable to bind to various multi-homed addresses, apparently caused by sendmail starting up again. I tried adding the mimedefang lines to the /etc/rc.d/sendmail script in the sendmail_precmd()=00 section, but now I find it is starting mimedefang 2 times. This makes me think that the script is somehow being run a second time. Any suggestions? TIA Greg Himes Spec. Prod. Dir. CHL Design Group
