I am quite positive that the alphastation 500 uses 5v FPM DIMM´s
arranged in two banks of four rows each (I think the bus is 256 bit
wide, or was it 128 bit wide with 2 way interleave ?).

The dimm´s need to be 72 bit wide (ECC). I will try to find the
complete spec (speed, arrangement, etc.)

EDO is not supported on the 500/333 that i have.

The 500/500 has a different mainboard, so this could (should)
not apply to it.

Roberto
