We use jailer for some parts of the problem, and
wrote our own jailmanager app around it.

touch ~/.cvspass
cvs -d:pserver:anoncvs@anoncvs.lf.net:/serv/cvs login # Passwort: lfnet
cvs -d:pserver:anoncvs@anoncvs.lf.net:/serv/cvs checkout jailmanager

for details...

As this only handles fbsd4, we plan to upgrade it to use jailutils
sometime in the future.
