This would be great if the community could get involved, which I'm
sure most will.  But if its done I feel that we need to also pay
attention, or at least list what the date and port version of
the review is, and perhaps a php/cgi interface to cvsweb for version
tracking/bug fixes.  This way users will know when the review was,
and what version as updates usually mean better functionality and
bug fixes.
