I'd pick 3-5 of the most commonly used of each (GUI and console) and
stick with that.  I.e., console -- mutt, pine, elm, mail.  GUI --
sylpheed, evolution, xfmail, whatever.  I think those are probably the
most common and would make the section the easiest to maintain.
