I already have WITH_NEW_XORG=yes and WITK_KMS=yes in /etc/make.conf though I believe the "yes" is not significant, it just has to be something, even "no". I have Intel Sandy Bridge on one computer and Ivy Bridge on the other. I will want to try newcons on 11-head, still think I will want to have two xorg.conf* files, one for driver intel and the other for vesa as a fallback. Tom
