I already have the ability to comment on an article.  It wouldn't 
take much to extend that to comment on a port.

If someone wants to take an existing page and mock it up, go for it.  
I can arrange access to test databases and websites.  I'm trying to 
concentrate on FreshSource at the moment.

FWIW: users have talked about commenting on the ports.  I think 
they'd take to it like wild fire.
