I just did
bsdpc01# pkg_info | grep qt3
and found no qt33 installed!
So I'll start with installing it :-)

I'm not sure what to do with uic but maybe that'll clear when it's 
installed.

If the kdebase port needs qt33 to build, shouldn't it be installed as a 
dependency?
