Tom,

Did you ever receive an answer to this question?  Unfortunately, I do not
know of any, but would be very interested in hearing about one.  One of
the web services providers I work with uses BSD/OS and a Cisco router, and
would love to get flow measurements by-IP into their existing billing
system.
