Well in the German edition they do articles... last was when 4.0 was out. It
even featured a photo of a plush red BSD daemon figure. Neat!:-) 
Maybe they just need more info on what is new here? (they prefer German, of
course.) 

They have a regular page devoted to Linux/Open Source in every issue...
