Well, the entire package collection is far too large to fit on a
CDROM, or even the four CDROM set.  Also, we are forbidden by license
agreements to redistribute some of the packages... that's controlled
by the package authors.

You can go to the FTP site and download the entire directory... it'll
take a while, but it can be done.  No real utility is required; just
ftp to the server and do an mget *.

Very few people need all 6000 packages, however.  Please remember that
our bandwidth is donated, and should be used wisely.
