gnats isn't bad, but you can't feed it to corporate users.

I want to avoid paying a few grand for a pretty, helpdesk tool.  We
have techs who cannot handle logging into a unix box.  (that's fine,
mind you, someone has to support the desktops.)

Thanks for the other suggestions, I'll check them out!
