Installation or tcsh is described in the very valuable, next to handbook
and faq, newbies txt by M. Anderson at the www.free-bsd.org site.

Its on the CD, just pkg_add the file and do chsh, be carefull to enter the
correct path, or you will be kicked out (/usr/local/bin/tcsh).
