It gets JBuilder to start, but none of the debugging functionality works 
unless you also have the appropriate shared libraries too.

Because JPDA isn't a standard part of JDK 1.2.2.  Check the Solaris or
Windows JDK 1.2.2 for instance.  That said, expect it to be in the FreeBSD
JDK 1.2.2 sometime soon.
