 Hi all :))

 The files
 ftp://elsie.nci.nih.gov/pub/tzcode2002d.tar.gz
 and
 ftp://elsie.nci.nih.gov/pub/tzdata2002d.tar.gz
 are now available.

Particularly in mine in case that, with the new version of tzdata2002d set
free now, it already comes with the Brazil problem time zone file sets DST
 incorrectly corrected.
