	I just spoke with my sales and support groups of the above pricing
and was informed that these per-usage price increases only affect circuits
above T1 speeds. They do not apply to T1 circuits. In fact, my sales contact
at MCI even went so far as to suggest that my company by multiple T1's and
multiplex them to save on costs.
